Todd, no need to bulldoze property again. Just rent or get somebody to use a field and brush mower. A lot, cheaper and you won’t have soil erosion. One viewer suggested a goat if it’s fenced in. Grab a goat downtown for cheap price. Awesome deal you are offering on the mighty Mekong delta! 👍🏻
