Oh wow, I visited Siam Reap several times in the mid 1990's. While things were a little different back then, the restaurant at the end of this video was exactly the same. It's kind of funny to see the same signs and the same tables I sat at so many years ago.😅

I have been scammed before in SE, a smartly dressed looking man told us that the Palace was closed due to a Royal Funeral, we were whisked away in a tuktuk around a bunch of jewellery shops and stuff, the shops were full of Westerners told a similar thing.. at least I saw a bit of the city from the tuktuk!
I don’t think so, Cambodia is beautiful, less drug than its neighbor countries. People are friendly and welcoming. Siem Reap also beautiful and safe.

I've been to 85 countries myself. The Cambodians and Peruvians are on the top of my list for most friendly people.

I've lived in Cambodia for 10-11 years now as an American expat retired school teacher. If you think Cambodia's the most hedonistic country on earth, you don't even have the 1st clue as to what you're talking about. Have you ever been to Columbia? Or have you ever been to Brazil during Carnival? Or how about Amsterdam or any of the drug infested in cities that people used to visit in Europe? Get over yourself.
