TikTok says it is going to problem in courtroom an “unconstitutional” regulation that would end in it being offered or banned in the US.
President Biden has signed into regulation a invoice which provides the social media platform’s Chinese language proprietor, ByteDance, 9 months to divest the app or it is going to be blocked within the US.
The regulation has been launched due to issues TikTok would possibly share consumer information with the Chinese language authorities – claims it has at all times denied.

It must be ban
We don't need any Chinese company in our country
Why do I get the feeling that tiktok doesn't give 2 damns about the constitution?
they will know what's unconstitutional when they see bba
comments full of ignorant boomers :DD
Tik tok challanges zionist media monopoly and the zionist are dying to control it same story with al jajera news channel. Zionist want complete control over flow of information😎😎😎😎😎😎
BAN TIK TOK WORLDWIDE !!!
Bill gates met with Xi Jinping… HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
A vote to have it banned in Nigeria.
Foreign tech don’t have constitutional rights… ban it!😬😬😬
If big tech wants to talk unconstitutional, how about we address Facebook and its other platforms how they censor people’s free speech or how they can scrub a opposing political candidates ads for an election (which by the way is a form of election interference).
So yeah big tech needs to be limited on the type of control they have.
Thank you for the ban tiktok ❤❤
Protect free speech
AIPAC fears the majority of pro-Palestinian young generation, so they directly banned TikTok through their puppet members of Congress.
Xem nước nào mà mình cạnh tranh không nổi thì cấm vận và trừng phạt đi là chắc ăn nhất.
TikTok needs to be banned world wide. Too much brainrot.
CIA : The TikTok CEO is about to disappear
Because China cares so much about the constitution. 🤣
In China, the Communist Party bans YouTube, Google, Instagram and Facebook and also censors BBC news. In May, the Wall Street Journal revealed that employees at TikTok, owned by Chinese company ByteDance, reportedly monitored content accessed by users, including those who watched LGBT content. TikTok said they had terminated such practices and that “safeguarding the privacy and security” of users is one of their “top priorities.” This is after a December 2022 revelation that the company tracked American journalists who were writing critically about TikTok, which the company attributed to “the misconduct of certain individuals” who were no longer its employees.
It's like banning cigarettes. Good idea. Better idea: let's tax all social media per user account which will force subscription fees.
Tiki tok is very important CCP’s weapon to brainwash Westerners. Westerners don’t even know that so foolish. Never believe this man’s sweet talks.
it's not about banning a stupid app with dances, it's about banning freedom from USA. the first amendment means something to them right? :/
Ban tiktok in Brazil, please!
So if Facebook, Instagram and even Google Mail collect data it is okay, but with TikTok it suddenly is a problem? I rather give my data to China than to the US.
No no no no no. No need to fight. Just surrender peacefully.
🇺🇬 should ban TikTok as well. It's as clear as day light that this App was a cyber tool designed to appeal to the naivete of today's gullible youth
China doesnt believe in freedom!!!!!
freedom of speech unless its against a genocidal regime
This news is way too behind. Byte Dance would rather shutdown TiK Tok in the US rather sell it to them. This says a lot… Imagine Charli D Amellio working in Subway??😂
Yea…what banning TikTok is unconstitutional!! Everything that China does is unconstitutional !! China declares that it owns the entire Pacific Ocean; they will probably take every ocean if you let them. Look it bans Facebook, Google, and others for BS reasons. It bans you selling a orange juice for security reasons that’s because the juice is made in USA. Don’t be fooled on what they say; just pay attention on what they do!!
There's a reason why Canada, the UK, most of Europe, and even China banned TikTok
Banned it otherwise unblock Facebook Instagram Twitter and YouTube unbanned it in your country china cause its unconstitutional
Safety on tik tok but yet you allow dangerous challenges people are doing on it hmmm unbanned our apps in china
I want it to be banned, but just selling TikTok will be like buying just a car shell without any of the parts that makes it work though. Byte Dance owns the algorithm, source code, and the AI that's processing all the information which makes TikTok so successful at gathering data and in turn addicting.
Just because TikTok is successful, the US did this? Should other countries need to ban every data to be shared to other countries? How Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Google keep data from around the globe, isn't this the same thing?
TikTok is a very convenient propaganda machine for the Chinese Communist Party.
Unfortunately, tiktok has violated the American freedom of misinformation act.
Think that Tik tok have internal secret agreement with the america government since they already sensor all the content that regarded Zionist Israel !
This is Karma for those using Tiktok as a weapon to strike at people which is an awful way to trend something, BAN IT!!
Stop funny
Just because it’s bigger than Facebook google twitter and ig put together jealous Americans at it again
Ask China about Google, Facebook in China 😅 Or even better, ask about their Tiktok version: the global version is made for dumb people and feeding ignorance. Their version, Douyin has mostly educational content. They only want to destroy others kids, while keeping theirs away from that crap. BAN NOW!
Needs banning all over the world aswell as facebook
I'm proud that TikTok is banned here in India…Even india was there biggest market😅
Fu*k chinese Govt!!!
TikTok should be banned all together everywhere
Banning TikTok in the USA has sparked significant debate. On one hand, there are legitimate concerns about data privacy and national security since TikTok is owned by the Chinese company ByteDance. Protecting teenagers from harmful content and potential data misuse is a priority. However, TikTok's popularity and innovative features have also made it attractive to major companies like Microsoft and Elon Musk, who are interested in acquiring its U.S. operations. This potential acquisition could address security concerns while preserving the app's benefits. Ultimately, finding a balance between safety and innovation is crucial.
Get rid of Zuckerberg!!!!
