You suckers are all so easily played. The sexual abuse was never mentioned to their psychologist ever. It only came up during the trial. Completely fabricated.
If those boys were abused the way they say they were they would’ve been SO mentally ill , acting out in all kinds of inappropriate ways with their peers. No way would they be socially well adjusted, on tennis teams and dating girls… Jose might’ve been mentally abusive, but he was not a rapist. But there’s a sucker born every minute, so that makes a lot of of you.
One of the 6 experts who avaluated them thoroughly and who testified in the trial and cooperated their severe abuse they experienced stated that the evidence is MORE than is usual in sexual abuse cases. No experts ever said otherwise about them or their characters. The defence case had the evidence. The prosecution didn't. They used gaslighting and character assination. Their conduct was dispicable and we only can wonder why rich sadist pedophile parents were defended and their victims vilified in media and with what effect. And why there was so much intention to corrupt their second trial to get their LWOP conviction through inspite of the obvious truth we all can watch in the first trial….

I will say that I remember this or these trials for the Mendez brothers but will also say that the media and news outlets made them seem to be WAY more of murders than any type of victims…it’s so sad, these men need to be compensated for the justice system neglecting them as VICTIMS!!! WTF

Whilst not everyone who is abused kills their abuser… I think we need to realize that sometimes going to such extremes may be someone’s ONLY option or chance of freedom from said abuser, no ofc you should try to do anything else FIRST… but say your abuser finds out you are contacting someone or trying to expose them, then your life could absolutely be in danger. It’s definitely way more complicated than so many of us think. I don’t believe it’s just “oh they’re cold blooded monsters who can kill someone” in every situation
I think it was the other way around, the parents were scared of the boys and apparently for a good reason!
They killed 2 people… their parents in a situation that wasn't an ongoing attack. They aren't safe to have in the public. They will kill again. There is no going back after you cross that line. Both parents probably deserved it but you cant just kill. They were not kids. They were old enough to go to the authorities. We all grew up in homes that had problems and yet we would have never gotten close to this decision.

so i just can't understand what more people want from these poor me ,first of all their father was very rich if they just decided to run away and leave you think their father would just sit back and let them go when he could barely let Erik go to a faraway college and if they were to go to the police and file their case with all the power their father had he would be free by now and the case would have been closed and also if he even sensed that they were going to ruin his name and his image when he was alive I I'm 100percent sure that that man couldn't hesitate to kill them if he could do such to his sons he could still do a lot more for his sake so even if some people think it was for money then they are blind coz there where so many ways 2 rich kids could kill their parents in that time and im just so dissapointed you have to see more documenteries i have made reasearch on this case and it just keeps tearing me down everytime so idk about you who saw monsters but just know that was nothing its was all a lie as LESLIE said a piece of sh!!!! indeed

They endured hell growing up. Out of fear of death from their whacko parents, they took matters into their own hands to stop them for good. They wind up doing a life sentence for trying to protect themselves. Thee two (now) grown men haven't even lived their lives yet They spent the first part being used and abused by their parents, the second half has been spent in prison. They have never been free. That's why they went kinda crazy after they killed their parents For the 1st time in their lives, they had the freedom to be human beings. During that brief time between the killings and their arrest , they were able to experience life as themselves…not possessions of their parents. Up till then their whole existence on this planet was to service their father and mother. Let them out of prison. They have suffered enough in this lifetime wouldn't ya'll say? They were conceived and then birthed so they could be the private play toys of daddy's and mommys.
