As a web developer, I got carpal tunnel years ago. Try an ergonomic keyboard. At first, you'll hate it. But, you will immediately feel less tension in the areas where you are feeling pain. That's all I use these days. No problems since .

Howdy Brother,,Im glad you're getting the wrist sorted out! I figured it was C.T. Im so incredibly proud of my niece. She works hard and she's brilliant,,very very intelligent. ❤❤❤ I think she's one of those kids,,for whom school will always be relatively easy. The restaurant is a bit fancier, but its very tasteful and it looks nice. Ive always liked that top room,,I'd like to have it as a bedroom. 😅 Now that you know whats going on with your wrist,,it gives you a starting point,,and you can set a course of action. It does suck horribly to deal with incessant pain. I feel for you bro! Ive been dealing with pain for most of my adult life,,car wreck and 2 neck surgeries left me with daily headaches,,usually mild,,but from time to time ,scorchers. And for the last 15,,ive dealt with sciatica in my lower back. Its to the point where is hard to stand and walking more than a half mile is getting tougher than ever. I had an appointment with a pain specialist last week,,and he believes that I can get some relief. We'll see,,i guess. Dad and i had a perfect trip to Yellowstone Park for a couple days. Saw some of my favorite places,,gorgeous big valleys,,mtns from 8 to 12,000 feet high. Saw 8 black bears,,coyotes,,foxes, mule deer,,one wolf,,birds of all sorts,,elk and 1000s of American Bison,,what we call buffalo,,but completely different than what are called buffalo everywhere else. I was thinking how cool it would be to show you guys around,there. I did make an effort at making a video,,both with my phone and with a canon that i have,,i think it was a fail. I couldnt seem to record sound. Lol i need my niece to show me how to make movies,,lol. Dad really enjoyed himself,caught him crying a couple times and he told me it was reminding him of Yellowstone trips him and Mom did years ago. Its only 150 miles away,,so its like a local park. Ive been there probably 60 time,,never get tired of it,,just get tired of the stupid asshole tourists. You and Neenee should look up some Yellowstone park pictures for Mina. Its the oldest National Park in the U.S. if not the world.. Do as the doc says and hopefully you can avoid the knife. Good luck Todd. Ttyl,,,Marlon

In the uk we used to have pox parties 😢 if yours or someone else's kid had it family, friends would bring the kid over to catch it and get it out of the way. I had it at 21 it nearly killed me

I'm a 67 year old programmer. I was getting carpal tunnel about 10 years ago. Switching hands of course is good, but I couldn't keep that up. But was good to give the problem hand a rest for a few weeks.

What made the difference for me (my hands are not your hands) was switching my mouse button pressing finger from my index finger over one to my middle finger.

Another huge help I did for years was to ditch the mouse entirely and use a pen tablet. Turned out I liked using the pen more anyways. Could do a lot more with a pen.

I came across your vlogs about a year ago and I was stunned by what you've done mate! Truly a trooper! I've watched about a third now, and your adventures are always top notch. Oh and yeah, I love your troopy! Anyway, cheers mate. I'll be over to see what that Family Bar will be serving soon.

– hot bath for that hand 10 minutes Daily
– massage with vitamin E oil Daily
– wear the splint all day
– reduce activity with that wrist
– maintain good mobility for blood circulation . Did you stop doing cardio at the gym?
– finally Patience, Patience, and Patience.
That’s the treatment I got for 5 months of rehab at UCSF Medical Center.

It worked. I’m now doing weight training to keep my shoulders and wrists strong so I can keep collecting my Social Security Payments from Uncle Sam for a couple of more decades.
