Secretary-Normal of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with the Vice Minister for Worldwide Affairs of the Ministry of Financial system, Commerce, and Trade of Japan, H.E. Takehiko Matsuo, on 19 December 2024, in Kyoto, Japan.
