@7:30 it doesn’t need to build up, on the future just know it works by pressure, you needed to burp the water bottle. Meaning open the valve and tilt the entire stand the bottle is on to an angle where air can enter the bottle forcing air pressure into the bottle to push the water out of the valve. It works best to just place a towel or bowl under where the valve will lie because with the valve open you will get a little spillage but it’s what has to be done to release the pressure inside the bottle. (Unless you poke a hole in the top of the water bottle but then it can’t be transported and must be re-used.
