On December 16, the Folks’s Committee of H. Duy Xuyen (Quang Nam) organized an sudden reward for Mr. Bui Thanh Tai (39 years previous, in Trung Dong village, Duy Trung commune) for his courageous and well timed motion to save lots of 3 college students.
