The problem with so many of those promotional videos is that you're digging your own grave. What is costing $700 now going to be $3000 within a few years, due to overflux of tourists. Everywhere where mass tourism happens, the place becomes extremely expensive, driving locals out. If you're smart, you keep the hidden gems for yourself and never share in public. DN is a beautiful place, but not for retirement, unless you like to move when prices are going to explode, because your pension sure as hell will not bridge the gap.

Ma come fate a vivere cosi. Puoi vivere con 1000 al mese anche in Italia, dove sicuramente l'assistenza sanitaria e il cibo sono migliori e anche la semplicità della vita in mezzo a persone socievoli.

I have travelled extensively through out Phillipines, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Maylasia …I like Jomtien in Thailand , Kampot and Siem reap in cambodia, Danang and Hoi Ann in Vietnam as future places to settle for long term stays , bring on 2025 🙂
