2:54 for anyone wondering why the water looks like coca-cola: its due to tannis and sediment released by tree roots and plants, which doesnt affect the water at all besides its colour. We also have more lakes and rivers like this all across the country 🇬🇾
Most interesting fact: Germany is still occupied and splitted. The "german" ID is for stateless people cuz that construct BRD is part of the occupation forces
Dead channel and the host's energy confirms it lmao.
Nepal never get colonized. The Brits try it in the 1800's and they can't cause Nepal had the Gurkhas, they regarded war as their tuesday
Aww! Poor Luxembourg! 😢
7:57 🤣🤣
Gaelic football is/was played in Australia my dad played it in the 80s and 90s lol but might be the irish influence
Burmese here. It's true that we used our own measurement units but it's rarely used nowadays except Pate thar (ပိဿာ = viss = 1.63 kg) and Kyat thar (ကျပ်သား = tical = 16.3 g) which are mass units. Some volume measurement units are also still used like Tinn (တင်း), Pyi (ပြည်) and Hkwet (ခွက်) but mostly only in rice and vegetable trading and buying .
Other measurement units like Lan (လံ) and La Myu (လမြူ) are used until around complete British colonization (which might be inaccurate) but they're not used anymore.
But you might see those units in ancient history and religious stories
7:56 KEITH !!!! "starting at UTC plus 14"
"Drop-Sandwich Lagoon" in Jamaica
I am surprised I haven’t been caught watching these in Spanish class
For a country as big as Iran u mention that there are more Azerbaijani in Iran than Azerbaijan as a fact? But you don't mention for a country like Azerbaijan that it's name is not only Persian but it's fake and stolen because this area was never called Azerbaijan this is the name of the southern areas of the Aras river. So they have basically chosen this name to then claim the southern parts as well like what North macedonia did to Greece. You seem very biased
I beg your pardon, but as a professional linguist, I object to your inclusion of the German language among polysynthetic languages. Although some features of German are similar to polysynthetic ones, the language as a whole lacks some of the main characteristics to qualify for that category. It also has some agglutinating elements and… But on the whole, German is a fusive language
the words for some stuff in North Korean are literally what they are
german is not polysynthetic, the "large words" created by german are not the same as the words created in polysynthetic languages because it's only nouns. you can do the same thing in english by putting dashes between the nouns: Rindfleichettikerungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz = beef-labelling-monitoring-tasks-transfer-law. polysynthetic languages consist of morphemes that can correspond to any part of speech. there are also no polysynthetic languages in europe, if you want an example of one, nahuatl, a native mexican language, is polysynthetic.
Please do sudan! Remember them in the most difficult time in history they are going through
thank you its nice to hear things you really never hear
You forgot saffron about Iran
……. Where is chapter 3?
