Thank you for showing this side of Ulaanbaatar on youtube. I can see that you have gone through a lot of difficulties and made a huge efforts to make this video. I really appreciate you sharing this situation to the world. I hope our situation will get better in the future.😇
he quit YouTube…..
Thank you Nick.
I am an early subscriber of yours. You inspired me to travel trough Ukraine in mid-2010s. I used your Airbnb code to get a discount during my first trip.
You inspired me to travel the world. Thank you.
It almost looks like you could be in Latin America, except it gets to 40 degrees below zero Farenheit.
Those big hour glass shape towers (people commonly think nuclar tower) are actually not producing smoke. They are cooling towers, and the "smoke" is just water evaporating. Not pollution.
Though I will never visit Ulanbaatar, Mongolia, I can see it through your eyes. One aspect about your commentary is that no matter how horrid many of the conditions are for the locals, you never fail to find something positive about the cities/countries. It is left to the viewers to decide how to respect people who are incredibly resilient and tough. For me, I could not function without heat or running water or sanitation. That they are used to this proves they are tough.
As a Mongolian, sadly that is all true.
He’s alive!!!!🎉 😅
Go to country side
Your translate was amazing, hope he makes a good living off of it 🙂
I just want to point out that Ulaanbaatar is indeed polluted especially during winter but nowhere near in the most 10 polluted city in the world (air pollution)
the elected president of mongolia is from a socialist party , i think people want socialism back

Is everything ok mate?
Supposedly, it is going to take many years to fix this situation. Big solutions like building metros, making more inclusive heating system can be constructed by citizens who is educated enough. Not only in a homecountry, but more importantly, in foreign countries. Education is only hope most of us have! Nice video, though!
when is day 2?
I do not understand this video. You said that this is the most polluted city but you show us a pretty clean city. You speak about traffic but we didn't see it. We saw a nuclear plant, that create almost zero pollution e 2 e bike hahahah
I'm very confused about this video….weird
Noticed the same issues in every country. The governments dont care about the people. Theres always some type of shanty town with the nicest ppl who live hard everyday lives. They are the culture.
bro cant you use iphone or any flagship phone for video? do you think camera's are better ?
where r u bro?? upload soon
Bro, you just traveled to the wrong city, UB is the capital of Mongolia, and due to Mongolian president Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, we couldn't have clean air to breathe. But out of UB, everything is great and no pollution no traffic conflicts and i lived in Selenge Shaamar before came here in the U.S, Shaamar is beautifull, kids all play together the elders knows each other and many traders many farmers many bee farmers many mammal farmers, My grandparents had sheep farming and in winter time all the mountains are white covered with snow and at least -30C a day time, The grasses are fine to even lay and many dogs are wild but trustworthy for their owner, if you got bit by a dog don't worry in my city there is many doctors and go to any house they will treat you, and even if you are strangers Mongolians always give you food and tea before you go! So dont visit UB visit Khovsgol, Selenge, Bulgan, Endenet and other countrysides. You'll eat fresh meat and veggies that they just got from their garden so no need to worry about food.
Sounds like UN and WEF propaganda to justify their green energy, zero emission climate change scam.
i live mongoila

Mongolia is a democracy?
Mongolia is endlessly intriguing to me.
Damn, that yurt looks cool as hell!
What's with the gangster sound track. The place looks far from gangster.
Despite its challenges, you’ve shown the city’s charm and history. Excited to see more of Mongolia through your lens! 💙📹
