If I was to run a country food, water and shelter, that's what I would provide. But every property provided, it would have one spot that would Producing either food or water depending on the location And everything needed to produce that would be given every year to the family that lives there The government would keep all proceeds from that specific plot Which would be one third of the land given the family anything else they Produce they can keep And as long as it's not being sold to any other country, there is no tax
I would help you build your house, and then we help somebody else. And as far as enforcing laws and what not let the people do it, unless it becomes gangs and stuff like that, and then the people asked for help, then you and the people go together and fix the problem. And I would only trade with other countries for resources that we did not have ourselves, or that were too dangerous for either. The people or the environment that we live with and in The people are free to do as they please if you Do you make a product and can sell it To other countries Feel free With a two percent tax on profits made And every 3 years, 2/3 of all money that was not spent, it gets redistributed to the people. And every year All money received and spent is shown to the people. And the only reason I say that one/3 needs to be saved. It's because you never know if it's going to be a bad year and you need money to buy food to be imported if that happens.

I go crabbing during the summer. We never take the females one and throw back the undersized ones always. One…sustainability and two, I want something bigger with more meat….lastly, if caught, you'll be cited…I believe a fine of $300 or $500…so no thank you.
