STORYLINE:
Overseas ministers and authorities representatives of the Affiliation of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) attended a retreat in Laos Monday.
The delegates have been greeted individually by the Laos Overseas Minister Saleumxay Kommasith, they usually posed for the normal ASEAN handshake with linked arms earlier than transferring to a gathering room the place they have been formally welcomed in Luang Prabang, Laos.
