JAKARTA, 7 March 2025 – The sixth ASEAN-Chile Improvement Partnership Committee (AC-DPC) Assembly agreed to forge nearer cooperation throughout areas of mutual curiosity with the view to robustly implement the ASEAN-Chile Sensible Cooperation Areas Cooperation (PCA) for ASEAN-Chile Improvement Partnership 2021-2026.
The sixth AC-DPC Assembly was held at present on the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. Either side exchanged updates on developments in ASEAN and Chile, reviewed the implementation progress of the PCA, and mentioned the enhancement of cooperation shifting ahead.
The assembly took be aware of the progress made in varied areas of cooperation below the PCA, corresponding to in commerce and funding, digital financial system, and mineral cooperation. The sixth AC-DPC Assembly was co-chaired by Satvinder Singh, Deputy Secretary-Normal of ASEAN for ASEAN Financial Group, and Mario Ignacio Artaza, Ambassador of Chile to ASEAN, and attended by the members of the Committee of Everlasting Representatives to ASEAN, officers from the Embassy of Chile in Indonesia, and the ASEAN Secretariat. The Ambassador of Timor-Leste to ASEAN attended the Assembly as observer.
