About: In alignment with the South-South and Triangular Collaboration Programme on Science, Know-how, and Innovation (STI) amongst Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand, and Viet Nam (CLTV), the United Nations ESCAP is dedicated to strengthening the capabilities of presidency officers to develop insurance policies that help the scaling up of start-ups within the area.
