I have been to Cambodia and the country is very poor and lags behind Vietnam. If China can help them develop, increase the GDP of their country, and improve the lives of their people, then this is a positive. Vietnam is supposed to be their big brother, but hasn't done anything to invest in their country! The US isn't investing in their country as well! Cambodia needs to develop anyway it can, otherwise it will be left behind. Cambodia has been poor for so long. Their people deserve a good life too!
