To be honest football is never meant for women 😂😂😂
Not a fair assessment since I did not watched the whole game, nor was there a need to. There's not much to be expected as our women's team has always lacked teamwork play. I was just curious that since they reached the semis, that ought to count for something right?
But to be honest, all 3 goals were very weak goals to concede. Not putting the blame solely on our goalkeepers, our defenders allowed the opponents all the space and time to pounce and got duly punished. From the highlights, only one attempt at goal from our girls were shown, was that it?
Again, our girls are not full time professionals (I think? Aside from Danelle) so as fans we can understand that the standard is still not there. That said, congrats to the team for reaching the semis, you can only get better from here.
