The ninth Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) International Ministers’ Assembly was held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, on Friday.
The LMC nations embrace China, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Launch in China in 2016, the LMC focuses on 5 precedence areas of cooperation, specifically, connectivity, manufacturing capability, cross-border financial cooperation, water assets administration and agriculture, and poverty discount.
